PRB Report - assessment of revised performance Plans
By Recommendation dated 23 November 2011, the Commission requested certain States to revise their national/ FAB targets and associated performance plans for the first reference period (RP1: 2012-2014). These plans have to be consistent with the EU-wide performance targets adopted by the Commission in February 2011 under the Single European Sky legislation.
The Performance Review Body (PRB) has assessed the revised national/ FAB targets and performance plans.
The results of this assessment, together with the PRB’s recommendations arising from this assessment work, are contained in the PRB’s report. It is in two volumes:
- volume 1 - contains the PRB’s overall assessment of the revised Performance Plans and associated targets, as well as PRB’s recommendations designed to provide the basis for possible further actions by the Commission;
- volume 2 - contains the PRB’s individual assessment reports in respect of each revised National/FAB Performance Plan.

Please note that this file cannot be used to submit your response to the consultation. When the drafting is finalised, you will need to copy and paste your replies to the on-line questionnaire on the EC website.

Announcement workshop on outcome public consultation on RP2
The PRB chairman has announced in a letter to stakeholders that the PRB will hold a workshop with interested parties, on Tuesday 19 June 2012 at the EUROCONTROL Premises in Brussels. This in order to discuss the outcome of the public consultation on RP2. More details on this workshop will follow shortly. For now, you may wish to note this date in your diary.

Peter Griffiths, Chairman of the PRB, announced the start of the public consultation on the regulatory approach for RP2
The PRB Chairman has announced the start of the public consultation on the proposed regulatory approach for the revision of the Single European Sky performance scheme. Please find here his letter.
The consultation is open to the general public for a period of 12 weeks.

The on-line questionnaire you will find on the EC website as well.
The PRB Chairman would urge you to participate in this public consultation, as your voice is important in the further shaping of the performance scheme.

The PRC will review all comments received, and will amend PRR 2011 and associated PRC recommendations where necessary. The PRC will also send you a reply to your comments.

PRC Chairman and Vice-Chairman
The Members of the Provisional Council have appointed Mr Keld Ludvigsen as PRC Chairman and Mr Frank Brenner as PRC Vice-Chairman for the PRC’s seventh term of office (01 August 2011- 31 July 2013).
They had been unanimously elected by the PRC Members, at the first meeting of the PRC's new term of office, in September 2011.

Invitation to PRB Workshop on RP2 - 10 Nov 2011
You are cordially invited to attend a workshop on preparations for the 2nd Reference Period (RP2: 2015-2019) of the performance scheme of the Single European Sky (SES).
The workshop is being organised by the Performance Review Body (PRB) of the SES. It will be held on Thursday 10 November 2011 in the EUROPA meeting room, EUROCONTROL Brussels, from 10h00-16h15.

PRB Assessment of National/FAB Performance Plans
A major milestone was achieved on 28 September 2011 with the official presentation by the Performance Review Body of the results of its assessment of 28 performance plans and targets for 2012-2014. Read more
The PRB's report "Assessment of National/FAB Performance Plans with Performance Targets for 2012-2014" is in two volumes: Volume I contains the final report. Volume II contains the PRB's assessment reports for each National/FAB Performance Plan.

PRC New term of office
The Provisional Council has appointed the 12 PRC Members for the next term of office (01 August 2011- 31 July 2013).
They are:

- Mr René BRUN;
- Mr Dragan DRAGANOV;
- Dr Ricardo GÉNOVA;
- Mr Giorgio ISCRA;
- Mr Mustafa KILIC;
- Ms Anne LAMBERT;
- Mr Keld LUDVIGSEN;
- Mr Juan REVUELTA and
- Mr Kálmán SEREGÉLYES.
Each PRC Member has also accepted the designation as a Member of the Performance Review Body of the Single European Sky. At its first meeting (14-15 September) the PRC will select their Chairman and Vice-Chairman, and will submit their names for approval to the Provisional Council.
