ESARR 3 - Use of Safety Management Systems by ATM Service Providers
ESARR 3 concerns the use of Safety Management Systems (SMS) by providers of Air Traffic Management (ATM) services.
Within the overall management of their ATM services, ATM service-providers shall have in place a SMS in accordance with this requirement.
