Background information
Providing the safest and most efficient services – at the best value for money – to our customers, while respecting the environment, is our commitment.
Challenges facing the airlines, in the form of rising fuel prices and strengthening competition, also mean that we must be able to provide optimum flight profiles and routes. More direct and efficient routes not only help to enhance the profitability along all of the industry’s value chain, they also result in reduced fuel burn, a reduction in noise levels and a decrease in aircraft emissions.
At tactical level, we maintain daily contacts with aircraft operators to provide assistance and, where necessary, propose alternative routes to circumnavigate congested routes with the aim of ensuring punctuality and efficiency.
