Classroom course registration

How to register to a classroom course?

Process

Submit your request:

For organisation that do not have a focal point, request for places may be made directly to the institute's course reservation office.

FEAST and ELPAC course registration : please view the online catalogue for more information.

Deadlines for submitting your request :

  • Before 1st March for courses scheduled during the second semester.
  • Before 15th September for courses scheduled during the first semester (January to June) of next year.
  • Submissions after these deadlines will be treated based on places availability.

What's next ?

  • Priority will be given to those people whose profile best matches the target audience for the course.
  • The allocation of places is normally notified to the training focal points during November for courses in the first semester and during May for courses in the second semester.
  • 8 weeks before the start of the course, the Institute's course reservation office sends a confirmation to the course participant and the training focal point. The e-mail contains useful information about arriving at the Institute and details of any work that should be completed a few weeks before the course starts.
  • A reminder email is sent 10 days before the start of the course.

The training focal points are your organisations’ local representatives of the EUROCONTROL Institute. They can provide a source of information about our training, and will often be able to answer a wide variety of questions about the training that is available and related issues. Details of your own organisation’s training focal point can be found below:

The training programme is continuously updated to try to best suit stakeholders’ needs and customer demand. Therefore, the planned course availability and course delivery dates might be altered prior to confirmation of a participant’s course.

The current training programme and individual course delivery dates are always available online on the EUROCONTROL Training Zone.

Demand for places on our classroom training courses often exceeds availability. Because of this, course participants who have been allocated a place but will be unable to attend are asked to notify the Institute’s course reservation office as soon as possible. The notification should be forwarded to the course reservation office by the training focal point to ensure that both your own organisation and the institute are fully informed.

Early notification that an allocated place will not be taken up will enable the course reservation office to re-allocate the place if at all possible.
