Current oil prices are already a challenge in itself for aircraft operators who are looking at cost-effective solutions to be implemented. Another challenge is linked to satisfying existing traffic demand which has generated a challenge for airport operators, aircraft operators and air navigation service providers. This challenge will increase as forecasts indicate that traffic may more than double, and many airports will need to operate to their maximum capacity.
