Why Register Your Fleet with EUROCONTROL? |
EUROCONTROL has responsibilities and State support functions that may require operators to register fleet aircraft: MTOWs, avionics compliancy status or avionics exemption requests.
The registration or declaration of Fleet aircraft data is currently localised within the EUROCONTROL specialist services and support cells (e.g. CRCO, Mode S, ACAS, RVSM, 8.33 ..)
Most services provide both on-line registration facilities and a manual alternative with downloadable forms for completion and return to the relevant service.
We are currently working on facilitating fleet registration across the Agency. However, until this process is completed, you may in certain instances be requested to register certain aircraft details with more than one service.

ROUTE CHARGE – Fleet registrations |
In order for the CRCO to establish the weight factor for billing, IFR users of European airspace are requested, at least once a year, to make a declaration of the composition of their fleets.
On-Line – Declarations (Recommended)
You are strongly recommended to declare fleets by subscribing to the Central Route Charges Extranet for Airspace Users, with the added benefit of its on-line billing and claims facilities :
