The EUROCONTROL Information Centre provides an Agency-wide focal point for initial stakeholder enquiries. Some questions are answered by the Info centre, but others that require detailed specialist knowledge are forwarded to the appropriate EUROCONTROL expert.
Usually the expert replies directly to the enquirer.
